Against The Wind by Regan Walker

About the Book:

A night in London’s most exclusive bordello. Agent of the Crown Sir Martin Powell would not normally indulge, but the end of his time spying against Napoleon deserves a victory celebration. Yet, such pleasure will not come cheap. The auburn-haired courtesan he calls “Kitten” is in truth Katherine, Lady Egerton, a dowager baroness and the daughter of an earl as elusive as she is alluring. She flees a fate worse than death. But Martin has known darkness, too, and he alone can touch her heart--as she has touched his. To the English Midlands they will steal, into the rising winds of revolution.

Fun Fact About the Author:
Regan used to be a boring lawyer with nothing to discuss at cocktail parties; now she's an amusing historical romance author who can talk about captivating love stories from the past.

Congrats on your novels! These are on my to read list. I've been a Jane Austen student for over 20 years and have only recently (since Nov. 2011) started reading historical romance novels. Thank you for writing such wonderful stories I want to read.

Hello Regan! I'm enjoying your blog this month on Scots stories. I've also been enjoying your take on some of the older romances that are now almost collectibles. I have found a few that I purchased for my keeper shelves. :-) I'll have to ck my Kindle library to see which books of yours I already have...if my name is drawn, that is. jdh2690@gmail.com
